Questions

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, using silly string in the unit, moving the unit to a location other than where it was originally setup.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.

We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. If you are concerned we recommend purchasing our Equipment Protection Plan which will protect you from damage of the unit and is available for only $10.

Customers will have to setup a time during the week for a rental to be dropped off.  The office is not opened on Sundays and all weekend inflatables are due to be turned back in by Monday at Noon.  If not turned in by Monday Noon (and no prior arrangements have been made) the deposit will be forfeited.

Uncontrolled water like rain on the bounce houses, slides, and other inflatables can be lots of fun but does increase risk of injury.  If it does begin to rain heavily on the bounce houses or other inflatables here are 3 steps that need to be taken:

  1. Get everyone out or off the inflatable
  2. Power down the electric blower and get the blower out of the rain
  3. Get as much water off the inflatable before inflating it again.

Inflatables can be set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, they cannot be set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps

Our inflatables require at least 5 feet of clearance on all slides to operate correctly.  The area must be clear of rocks, sticks, stumps, and be (more or less) level.

For bounce houses and party equipment the deposits are $50.  For slides, combo units, and other inflatables the deposit is $100.

We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards, Cash, and PayPal.  We do not accept checks for payment, only for deposits.

Things happen, we understand, and if you cancel your deposit can be applied to your next rental with us.  Last minute cancellations are as follows:

3 – Days prior to reservation: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of rental unless it is due to weather.

Day of Rental Cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount of rental unless it is due to weather.

We are licenced and insured and can provide our state business license and insurance certificate if needed.

The CC’s Inflatables office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 10:00am – 6:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am – 12:00pm.  Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

When your final payment is made you will be either emailed a rental agreement with the safety rules or you can sign in person.  Here is the link to the blank 2016 rental agreement.

For our Bounce Houses, and some of the slides and other inflatables, 1 electric 1 horsepower or 1.5 horsepower electric blower is used to keep it inflated.  For larger inflatables 2 electric blowers are used to keep it inflated.  The electric blower needs to be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet and we have extension cords to rent if needed.  (100ft – $10, 50ft – $5)
