Weather Policy: We have 100% right to cancel if we deem the weather to be a threat to our equipment. We do take extra precautions on tent setups and make sure they are secure to the ground with either stakes in the ground or water barrels. With our secure setups, the tents are able to withstand heavy weather, but in some cases, we will not allow setups.

Surfaces: Our tents can be set up on various surfaces. If it is a hard surface then we use water barrels to hold the tent down. If it is on grass or dirt we use stakes that go into the ground.
